What is The4closurebus?

The4closurebus is a tour of the best bank owned properties in the tri-county area. Each month, in the comfort of a luxury limo bus, we tour the very best deals in different communities at varying price ranges (please see the Tour tab for upcoming tour information).

The4closurebus typically visits 8-12 homes in a 3 hour time frame within the scheduled communities (see the Tour tab for the next scheduled tour). During the tour itself, industry experts will join us to inform you on all of the important aspects involved in purchasing foreclosed homes.

How do I get on The4closurebus?

The only requirement for "riding the bus" is being pre-approved for a mortgage. If  you are not yet pre-approved, our tour partner, Great Lakes Mortgage Funding, is offering free, no obligation pre-approvals that can be handled over the phone. Your mortgage pre-approval is your ticket on the bus, but space is limited so contact us today
