Pat Teeley has been a licensed Realtor in S.E Michigan since 1995. She has extensive experience in buying and selling corporate owned housing. Her sales volume puts her in the top 7% of all Oakland county real estate agents.

She has owned homes in Farmington Hills, Ferndale, Berkley, and Royal Oak where she currently resides and raised her children.

She has volunteered for the Royal Oak Rotary, Meals on Wheels, The Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce, and Volunteer Impact.

Jeff Reiter has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. He has been a real estate investor for the last 10 yrs and has bought, fixed up, and sold over 25 properties in that time (many of them bank owned). His sales volume puts him in the top 5% of all Oakland county real estate agents, and his investment experience provides invaluable insights into purchasing these foreclosed properties.

He has owned homes/lived in Royal Oak, Troy, Birmingham, Ferndale, Berkley, Clawson, Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Beverly Hills, Southfield, and Huntington Woods, where he currently resides with his two daughters (absolute sweethearts).  He has volunteered for Toys for Tots and the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce, and is very active in the USTA.
